Viva Espana

Spain is one of the most visited countries in the world. To some survey, it’s always included if not on the top 3 or 5, it’s always on the top 10. 2 major cities in this country that is always visited by tourist are Madrid and Barcelona. Barcelona that is boasts for its splendid architectures, monuments, historical sites, beaches and more. A cosmopolitan, modern that still maintain its cultural and heritage touch. The ideal months to see Spain are between May and September. These times will give you good weather and sometimes extreme heat that will encourage you to try their beach. Many tourists are in this country during the summer, so if you plan to join them be sure to book Hotels in Barcelona or shall I say, Hoteles en Barcelona for more convenient trip.

Staying in Madrid is another journey to remember. Madrid as the capital of Spain since 1562, it never failed to give amusement and fun travel experience both to tourist and local residents. The climate of Madrid is both warm summers and cool winters. Madrid is not just cultural destination; it is also a place that can give you one of the best night life or what they call la marcha. Its metropolis houses many different pubs, clubs, that opens up until late at night. Its true that Madrid is Europe’s capital of Night life. Some of the most recommended zones are in Alonso Martinez and Bilbao, Plaza Mayor/Puerta del Sol. You may want to stay the whole day in Gran Vía for some cinemas and theater fun. Hotels in Madrid will always end your journey by giving you the most comfortable stay ever.

going to Aussie

Friday, August 31st, 2007

So how many of you have been to Australia? How many of you have always dreamed to live and work down under? I do! It is a land of contrasts, dramatic scenery, perfect climate when you want to lay back on their perfect beaches. As what I have mentioned on my previous entry regarding Aussie, there are so many things to do in this country. Australia has so much to offer when it comes to tourist attractions but their biggest destination is its natural beauty. As expected, your visit in Australia won’t be completed without seeing the Opera House and meet Crocodile Dundee. The local residents of Aussie are courteous, friendly and ready to party with tourist. So basically, the place and people here are their main attraction.

Anytime of the year is a good time to travel in Australia. Their summer starts from December to February, unlike in other places where these months are pretty cold, in Aussie you’ll feel the heat of the sun and the best time to dive in to their beach. June to August is their winter and the best time to do some skiing in Victoria, Tanzania and some part of NSW. The rest of the month is mild with spring and autumn. You won’t have hard time to look for accommodations on their cities. Look for Sydney Hotels near the Harbor to have a good view of the bay. Check in at Melbourne Hotels near downtown to see more of their malls and the best night life. And when going to Queensland, it’s best to see some of Brisbane Hotels finest accommodations for a more relaxing stay.

wanted: lamp

Wednesday, August 29th, 2007

I have finally move in to a new crib. I just move there last weekend. The motif of the room is purple. That’s just a coincidence. I don’t really plan to paint my room as eggplant like. :D it just happened that the curtain left and bed sheet that was left there are purple. We bought some new set of plates that is also purple, floor maps, pillow case all in purple. It’s pretty dark in my pad now, and I love the feeling. :D I plan to go to mall after I got my check and will look for a lamp that will suit the room. I was searching for my lamps online, and I love the collections that they have on that site, it’s simple and elegant. I have to think now if I’ll get the floor or the desk lamps for my bedside. It doesn’t have to be purple also but it has to have a touch like the ambiance of my room. I’m torn on what to get between the two because I have to consider also the space that it will occupy since my room is not that roomy. I’m eyeing the accent lamps or maybe the table torchieres.

It’s on the same building but on a higher floor and a studio type. It was really hard moving to a new place knowing that you will leave your old sanctuary and start a new life with a new one. This place I have now is smaller since ill be living there alone in a few weeks, right after my cousin decided to go back to our province. I’m still planning to stay here in metropolis as I could, and I have to live independent now. No sister, no cousin, no friends involved. Start to budget, think how to pay bills monthly as regularly as possible to avoid penalties. My rent in this condo is pretty pricey, but it’s better since it’s near my office. Your thoughts?

Australia’s Finest

Saturday, August 25th, 2007

After giving 3 recommendation for the cities in United Kingdom, a friend of mine requested for me to give some recommendations once again to her favorite continent, the land down under Australia. She visited Oz just last year and went to see its biggest city Sydney and also toured some of its city near the area. First stop would be in the South West and see Perth.

First, you need an accommodation in Perth where you can have a relaxing stay and hotels in Perth is at a complete different level compared to other hotels. . You can find beautiful luxury Perth hotels and resorts for a reasonable price. There are also available apartments near Freo’s Harbor, if you need 1, 2 or more bedrooms and you can request a room facing the waterfront for a perfect view of the sea. There’s also one hotel were they booked 2 rooms for 12 pax and it only cost them $40-50 for two nights already. You have much choice where to stay here, so I suggest go for the one with a reasonable price and walking distance to every destination like in Convention Center. It’s only 15 minute walk from the city centre mall. If you want to have some coffee and just unwind, see this Convention Center. Its architecture itself is a must see and catch some events they have every now and then .

After visiting Perth, don’t forget to stop by Adelaide. Adelaide is in South of Australia. This is actually one of my favorite city in Australia. According to New York magazine, it is a lovely capital of South Australia as being “possibly the last well-planned metropolis on earth”. Although from its description “metropolis”, this big city it is still a comfortable place to live in. If you enjoy nature trips, you have to spend few hours in Royal Botanic Garden of Adelaide. You can also visit Australia Wine Growers’ Association edifice, for a wine tasting session you’ll never forget. One more stop and for your lunch is to see Botanic Gardens Restaurant. I suggest staying in Adelaide Hotels located at Gilles Street. You can check The Arab Steed Hotel and Restaurant. It is clean, simple hotel in eastern Adelaide. Rates here are less expensive than average with its kind of service they offer. And, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many large trees without a single squirrel in sight which is fine.

Moving on now to State of new South Wales, Sydney. Who else haven’t heard or seen the famous opera house, the beautiful white structure with 10 sails as the roof. Opera house becomes a symbol for Sydney and maybe for Australia as well. Along with the beautiful Harbor Bridge, it’s the first image every tourist looked for. Too see this picture is one thing, but seeing this in person will exceed your expectations. The building was completed in 1973 and inaugurated by Queen Elizabeth II. Marvelous structure in Circular Quay, Sydney Opera house is a breath taking building and the heart of city’s cultural scene. The ticket here ranges from $50-$200. Sydney Opera house is not the only reason to visit this city. You can dive in to their beach, see the Anzac bridge, and hike the Blue Mountains. You can also feast into their restaurants that offer sumptuous food. You can also do some shopping in the city, enjoy the night life on their bars and all that fun. Compare rates for Sydney accommodation before you checked in because in here you will have an array of choices from 5 stars to a simple but elegant lodging. I’ll give you more some tips of things to do in this big city and will share more experiences that will made your stay memorable.

importance of shopping cart software

Friday, August 24th, 2007

As what I’ve mention on my previous post regarding the importance of merchant account to my online business, I’m considering one more software to add up for my expanding business. I just had a small talk with my partner on how I can earn more with my online business. So he recommend, I should start using shopping cart software on my shopping online website. And it’s not bad. I’m already on my 6th day of my free trial period and I like it. My earnings boost up, well not actually 100% but it made my customer come back because of its convenience. I got my software from Ashop. Its affordable, easy to install, I haven’t tried their customer support yet, but I believe they are available anytime, my friend discovered this also by just searching online, and I even got the design I prefer for my cart and my priority for my software is its security. So if you have the same business as mine that deals with buying online, don’t forget to include this on your list.

The tale of 3 cities

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007

I will recommend one more country for you to visit when you need some relaxation and that would be a trip in Europe. If you will ask most jet setters and any people would be given a chance to travel their number 1 list for a destination would be in Europe particularly in United Kingdom. In United Kingdom you will see the famous city of London, Cardiff, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, etc.. UK will not be only famous for its fashion and trend setter people, there’s the Abbey Road, Penny Lane, of course the band Beatles, Led Zeppelin and more to mention, they are also known for their sports football, museums, church, and again much more on the list.

Let me give you some guide to UK’s most famous destination, London. As what they say, if you are tired in London, then you must be tired with your life”, which is true! Given a chance, ill get back here as long as I want and that could mean forever. What I like about this first class city is even if they are the most fast moving, cosmopolitan, sophisticated city, they still maintain the city with its full of history, tradition, culture, and heritage. Visit London and stay at their finest hotels, even if you will check in on their not so 5 star hotels, you will still feel the cozy place they offer only at a cheaper rate. See more London Hotels especially near their airport if you want more convenience.

So if you enjoyed staying in London, you will surely enjoy our next stop in Edinburgh. This city doesn’t only offer palace, castles and pipers. You will experience one hell of a party when you get to join Edinburgh events. You see this city will also features historic life and their modern life in an elegant way. Beyond the city, you will also see here the famous Rosslyn Chapel that was allied with Dan Brown’s controversial Da Vinci Code that was also in the movie played by Tom Hanks. On a night time, you can go on a ghostly walking tour, visit some fine dining restaurants and have a taste of their eminent cuisine, visit traditional pubs, take a break and visit their many festivals all year round and visit Ceilidh. When it all falls down, stay in at your chosen Edinburgh Hotels that will sum up your leisure in Edinburgh.

Last on my list for now is in Scotland mainly in Glasgow. My to- do- list for you in this city will take forever as well so I will only give you the highlights of your must do here. Before going in this city, make sure to book one of the Glasgow Hotels that they have on the list. My personal choice would be Euro Hostel Glasgow, which is 2 minutes walk only from Glasgow Central. You must be surprise if I say that you will only pay almost 13 pounds for the overnight stay here, and that’s the truth! I also recommend dining at red onion restaurant situated in West Campbell Street, next to Billy Boyd from the famous Lord of the Rings. To sum it up, I recommend all this 3 places in UK to have FUN! FUN! FUN!

digital frame

Friday, August 17th, 2007

Love taking pictures? Well if you do and at the same time love printing it so you can display them on your wall, why not insert it on a eye-catching frame, I mean high tech frame. If you are wondering which picture you wanted to print and have it displayed on your frame, this time there is no need to wonder about it. I discovered digital photo frame just recently. It’s not just your usual frame that you can insert 1 picture or the maximum is 5 and I bet the rest of your pictures there need to be so small so they can all fit and worst if you have to cut them. With this digital picture frame, there is no need to print or have your picures developed, you can just take your pictures using your digital camera with a memory card, after that you can insert this card to your digital frame and view your pictures and choose your slide show! What’s good about this is that it also comes with a remote control, built in stereo speakers (if you like your pictures with a background music) and it also have 1/8” headphones if you want to use it privately.

Digital frame comes in different sizes. There are the 7”, 8”, 9” and 10”. You can also choose design from wooden, clear acrylic, white or black, etc. and if you’re done viewing your pictures, you can sit back and continuing using your frame by watching movies that was taken by your camera. These frames are compatible with any format like Jpeg, MP4, DivX, Mp3, Mpeg, etc… this frame is a good buy especially if you do like taking pictures for fun, or maybe for business, you can show your portfolio to your clients using this. Once you have this, just click, click then sit back and relax.

earning while blogging

Friday, August 17th, 2007

Aside from the fact that i enjoy doing business online with everyone and whatever line of business that is, i still have the chance to enjoy everything about it. I know its too exhausting at times but the only way for me to vent out all my stress is through blogging. I didn’t know that I could also earn from what I really love doing (that’s blogging”, until my friend introduced Smorty. Yup, its another business, but this one i really enjoy doing. You only have to write about a topic, and you get paid to blog It’s very easy to register and I got the approval of my blog in not more than an hour. Actually, my friend gave different sites where I can join this kind of business but this one is the easiest especially I’m just new with this project. So far I like it. Assignments, tasks, earnings are all lined up in one page. There is no need to click this and that. As I’ve said, it’s all in one page after you signed in.

So right after I register and got my blog approved, I already have 3 assignments! The topics are pretty easy and just suit my interest and fit my extreme blog. I highly recommend this to everyone who is just starting to write some articles and wants to earn from it. Smorty doesn’t only cater to bloggers. There is also what they call affiliate and I’m planning to sign up also for that one so they can advertise my other online business. You see, everything is here. With that, ill be the one who will pay for the bloggers to write about my service. Not bad, I don’t care shelling out a few bucks for the success of my business. I’m still learning more about this site and I’m really enjoying it. It’s not very complicated to navigate, coz that’s what I don’t like most of the time that made most of my account “dead” because I barely visit it again. I can’t wait until I see earnings from $0 to thousands! I also have to learn more tips and tricks on it. I don’t know yet what those scores means, but for now I already have 650. Good or bad? I don’t know yet.

I will try to finish these 3 assignments after my introduction with my new “blog business” and will give you more update about it soon.

click this a thousand times!

my motorcycle

Tuesday, August 7th, 2007

I think I’ve found my new best friend. Being here in the city is really something. Time is running so fast and me, with 2 jobs and my school in between I need something that will give me convenience in my everyday life. Dad bought me a car last summer of 2004 and I always have a problem with the machine and the heavy traffic here in our area is part of our lives so I have to get rid of it. Worst, price of gasoline, oil and car maintenance is getting higher so I switch my car (thanks dad) to a motorcycle.

I got my motorcycle just this past few months but I barely use it. But now that school is almost there, I get the hands of it and I can feel its convenience. With this bike, I don’t feel the traffic at all because I can sneak in between cars, small streets and even on the heavy traffic highway. It saved my life more than once when I have to deliver some product to my customers from different areas then go back to my job or school. It’s really a big help to me because it also gives me extra saving when it comes to gas usage or when I need to do some maintenance on it.

For a starter with the motor world, the salesman suggested Honda wave for me. It was a good deal. It’s cheap and I have the options on how I can pay for it depending on my budget. But of course, I don’t want to be in debt for a long time so I got the shortest plan for 1 year. I finished my loan right away now I’m on the look out for my upgraded motor. Dad always tell me not to use motor on the highway because lately its one of the cause of accident in the street. I understand that but it’s the only way I can be in 2 or maybe 4 places in a second.

I don’t know if I’ll be getting a scooter or the under bones. Honestly I prefer the scooters because of its tires and stability. Anyway, my next target is a Suzuki rider 150. I am still eyeing some more bikes before I grab this one as my new best friend. Don’t forget to wear helmets always for extra precaution.
