The X Stage!

I spoke to a friend last week and we discussed her plans for this year or early next year. She is planning to get married soon because she will be migrating in the United States and I guess she and her partner really love each other and I guess it’s about time for them to settle down. They will be moving to Virginia this last quarter of the year and will settle down there for good. They plan to buy a house either here in Philippines for her parents or in US particularly in Virginia. They were trying to contact some broker here and in the US to get some important advice and to know more about getting a house.

My sister’s friend refers an agent of Real Estate in Virginia and they started dealing with their plans already. She was very efficient and knows how to talk to her clients and gives vital information before getting one. She mentioned something about mortgage, loans and all those stuff I’m not really familiar with. She was actually asking me if she should go for it or not but I say I have really no idea since I haven’t experience buying my own house. So my only advice for her is to consult more agents and her friends, relatives and of course her soon to be husband who had the same experience as with her. We all know that buying your house especially in other countries is a very serious matter.

Let me give you an update about my friend who is getting married soon in Hawaii.
She sent me an an email about the progress of their house hunting. Now they are having second thoughts if they will pursue to buy their house in Hawaii since her soon to be husband might be assigned in US. That’s a big dilemma for them right? For now their priority is to get married and if ever her husband Tom will be assigned in US, they might just look first for homes for rent and still ask their real estate agent to keep on looking for house in Hawaii. But if ever Tom will stay in US for good depends on the result of his job, they might just look for Real Estate in US and will start looking for place there.

This will be a really tough start for my friend. They are not married yet but problems keep on coming and becoming complicated. I wish i could be there to help them.

Traveling is one of most favorite stress reliever for almost everyone. If only money is not an issue, I might have traveled the around the world and visited my favorite places. I always look forward for some vacations especially if I have the time and money ready. I always wanted to see wonderful places and visit friends and relatives in different parts of the world just like my aunt who lives in Lake Tahoe, California living with them is her husband and my 3 cousins. I was supposed to visit them last year but unfortunately I have to go through different surgery so I can keep up with my beach bumming. I had my first Laparoscopic Surgery because I feel like I’m gaining weight again. But after a few months, my doctor advise me to try another surgery since I feel like I’m not comfortable with the first one.

He then introduce me to another Weight Loss program and I feel like I’m contented with it and I still feel health at the same time. I can eat whatever I want without gaining weight. My friend Lisa heard about this who is above her average weight and I recommend her to my doctor, and she will under go Weight Loss Surgery and in just a few weeks, you can already see and feel the difference. I highly recommend this instead of taking different diet pills that may be dangerous to your health. Now we can heat the beach again with our swimsuit!

Whenever there’s a special occasion I have to attend or I was invited to, I make sure to bring some present for the guest as a sign of how much I appreciate it for being invited to a party. I also give presents to celebrant to complete their special day and also my way of showing I did remember their special day. They say it’s the thought that counts, but I say my thoughts will always be on the unique gifts I give to my friends or loved ones.

I just don’t want to give them anything that you can see everywhere or anyone can have. My gift is something always about the receiver, his or her unique traits that can represent her. For some it might just be a material thing, but for me I always appreciate it more if that person made more effort of coming up with such gift. My home loan has been approved finally. I finally got my dsl access for my room here in the city. I was using dial up for the longest time and I can’t believe that I’ve survive to download games, music, and other files that will take 24 hours or more! The connection was really slow. And sometimes I have to leave my computer online while waiting for the Free online games to be completely download. What I also do while waiting for the connection, I also play chess online for free, read some e-books, listen to my mp3. Now that I have DSL which is really fast, I get to enjoy doing the 3 of these at the same time. Whenever I get bored with my work, I enjoy playing this games online to give myself a break.

Maybe because at first I was thinking about the hassle of the application, the hassle of paying bills monthly and all the forms they need before they approved my application.
