Aside from the fact that i enjoy doing business online with everyone and whatever line of business that is, i still have the chance to enjoy everything about it. I know its too exhausting at times but the only way for me to vent out all my stress is through blogging. So right after I register and got my blog approved, I already have 3 assignments! The topics are pretty easy and just suit my interest and fit my extreme blog. If you work out or you want to lose weight and stay healthy I highly recommend drinking green tea everyday before doing your activity. I started this last month and so far I’m getting a positive result. I drink one cup of green tea before my workout or heading to the office. I used to be a coffee lover but then I have to cut back on too much caffeine on my body because I know it’s not good for my health. It doesn’t mean that green tea doesn’t have caffeine but what I like about it is that green tea caffeine is mild. I make sure to drink this one not more than 6 cups a day or else ill be getting the same caffeine amount that a coffee has.

The one I’m using now as my green tea are not the natural leaves that you can get from Japan. That’s the one I actually prefer but it’s really hard to find that kind of leaf they use in Japan. The one I have are like granules on a tea bag then add a warm water, yes, please make sure to use warm water not boiling or not too cold. I’m still in search for a high quality loose leaf from Japan that doesn’t really include any caffeine. Green tea helps me to cut down the supplements I take. It will not totally make you lose weight but it can HELP since it’s somehow a fat burner. Not only it is a fat burner, it also gives me energy and antioxidant quota requirements I need.
