Euro plan

Traveling is one of most favorite stress reliever for almost everyone. If only money is not an issue, I might have traveled the around the world and visited my favorite places. I always look forward for some vacations especially if I have the time and money ready. I always wanted to see wonderful places and visit friends and relatives in different parts of the world just like my aunt who lives in Edinburgh, living with them is her husband and my 3 cousins. I don’t plan to stay on their house if ever I will visit them because I might cause them some inconvenience of taking care of me. I might go there for a visit for a day only or maybe look for Edinburgh Accommodation near their place so I can go there anytime and spend more time with my cousins and my favorite aunt who took care of me when my mom and dad where in US.

I remember when I was in Manchester to see my brother and took a short course in cooking in that city. I didn’t even stay at my brother’s place because he was staying with his friends and they are all boys so I just look for Manchester Accommodation near my school and my brothers place. I met some cool local residents of Manchester during my stay there. I am still waiting for Aunt’s reply to my email whether October will be a good month to go to Europe or what. I got a response from my cousin already and she said that she is in Newcastle right now to attend some conference about Newcastle Hotels and will get back to me once she is available. edinburgh

Dad off to Canada

Thursday, October 11th, 2007

Just to give you a little break from all my gift ideas 101 entry, I would like to tell you the story on how happy my dad with all the plans they have come out while staying in the US. I mentioned already on my other blog that he is in New York for a conference, after that they will be flying in Las Vegas for a little pleasure and business for a convention in Rodeo Drive. I just finish chatting with my dad and he told me that his boss and their clients are inviting them to go to Whistler., Canada. They will pay for their Whistler lodging since their next convention by December will be held in Canada.

My dad never tried to play ski and that’s one of their plans when they get there. I was searching also for some information about Whistler accommodation because I’m excited for my dad too and I find it really interesting. I want to recommend also the Cedar Hollow 8 which I think will be very affordable for their group since it is made for 8 guests with 4 bedrooms. It has a hot tub which is what they really need since their groups are mostly from Tropical Island. I’m really glad everything is working out fine for my dad’s job. I wish I could go with them sometime.

remembering Hawaii

Wednesday, October 3rd, 2007

This year was really a fun year for me. I have venture to many business and I can say I am earning a lot compare to last year, saved a lot, and I am also fulfilled for finishing my short courses in cooking. I was able to support my sister with her studies even if her allowance is the one I only have to shoulder. My only concern is that I wasn’t able to travel that much this year because of my hectic schedule. According to accommodation travel news, travelers number increased to almost 30% around the world this year.

Remember my last trip was the one in Hawaii that I saw at one of accommodation news where i subscribe with my sister and my cousin. We tried Hawaii vacations this time as referred by our travel agent and we’ve heard great accommodation stories from that place. Since we love the beach, we enjoyed every minute of it. The sand, the water, sounds, tan, food, is so perfect.

On our first 3 days, there was an accommodation updates and informed us about the discounts, so we stayed in Maui and book for one room for the 3 of us. Those were the days where we don’t mind our schedules, money, and our body since our parents is the ones paying for our vacation, After 3 days, we went to Kauai and booked 2 rooms at one of Kauai hotels since we will be meeting some of my cousin’s friend in Kauai. How I wish those kind of days will be back.

jetset to Aussie

If you consider staying in Australia, you will be surprise on how peaceful it is to live in this city that they call the “the land down under”. They still have this double Decker buses that you thought you will only see in the movies. Explore gently and feel at home wherever you are in this city. Their local residents are hospitable and warm. So if you travel alone, your single and want to gain more friends, it’s easy to have one good buddy here.

Perth

Spend the day taking a walk at their park, see the Perth International Arts festival before the crowd gets in by dark. You might love the sunny skies and the old buildings as you stroll then take a side trip camp at western Australia. In the evening, have a relaxing moment by chilling at their bars, watch a flick at their cinemas, you should also try their local movies with a subtitle for English, and pig out at their restaurants. If you plan to stay here for long, getting a place here will not be a big dilemma. You can hunt for Hotels in Perth, Hotels in Adelaide by checking online or by just inquiring to your neighbors. I actually search for Melbourne Accommodation online and there were numerous choices that interest me. Some say Melbourne is Aussie’s finest and that’s for you to find out the because some are more Perth or Adelaide person.

personal travel guide

Whenever my family or my friends decide to have some getaway over the weekend or for some special occasion, I barely consult my travel agent for my traveling options. My number 1 travel guide would always be the power of technology and that’s the internet. While searching for travel destinations, I get the chance to explore some other places and get to know some tips and tricks on how I can save some money for our journey. What I do is always compare the price from a travel agency then get some vendors online and check where I can get a big discount. Most of the time, I end up with the later one, choosing my online consultant.

One of the site I enjoy visiting is the real travel where it features some interesting destinations, featured travel plans, great images and discounts! I also like their feature where it has a trip planner. I also get to mingle with some other travelers on their blogs where we can trade some ideas about our travel plans. On my next trip with my friends this time in South America, I’ll be consulting the internet again for more alternatives , guides and what not. So before confirming your flights with your travel agents, make sure to compare prices on the internet or directly to your local vendor to avoid additional charges.

last minute flights

Tuesday, September 11th, 2007

I’ve been posting some entries about Australia lately. Giving out suggested place to see, accommodations, but I never really give out any specific help if you plan to go in this country. If you just realize that you wanted to visit Aussie and looking for last minute flights, go book a flight on their website. Not only they will help you book with your unplanned journey; they are also a big help for last minute accommodations. I suggest to fly byQantaswhen going to land down under. They can give you the lowest fare available and you will get a sure seat since their plane going to Sydney is one of the biggest and best. Other option could be Jetstar, or Virgin Blue.

You have extensive choice of cheap flights, from first class, to economy. They also specialize in short notice, flexible, business, group flights, no advance notice and more. One company booked their flight here for an emergency business meeting and they got one of the best deal ever compare to their travel agency. They even got their accommodation using the site and all their travel needs. So they decided to do all their travel transactions using this site. They don’t only cater to business; they also offer their service to individuals who are unprepared with their journey.

Hotel in NYC

Thursday, September 6th, 2007

As I’ve mentioned on my last entry that Maria will be moving in US by the end of the week, her schedule is really hectic this past few days. She asked me if can help her look online for a dormitory where she can stay temporarily. I’ve been searching for weeks but most of them are fully book since its September already and most of the agents have occupied the nearest dorm in their school. It’s our fault that we didn’t prepare for this, so our alternative for that is to look for a room in a hotel where maybe she can stay for a week or two. I am now searching for hotels in New York City that will give her the cheapest rate for a long stay term.

I reserved a deluxe room hotel in Manhattan and according to the site it’s pretty much accessible to most attractions in New York and to her school. I still have to confirm this to her if she will agree with the hotel rates and its facilities. But for now, I still have to search for other options just in case she will refuse to stay in Manhattan and for her to have more choices when it comes to her accommodation in New York. This site is helping me to make my search more easy http://www.easytobook.com

That’s the best thing i can do for her for now.

have fun in UK

Wednesday, September 5th, 2007

I’ve been busy writing information about different countries and that includes United Kingdom. It’s not true that living here is really expensive, but it’s true that there are just so much things to go and places to visit here. Every corner of the city is a picturesque attraction. Not all stores will sell you Louis Vitton, Dior, Channel, Fendi and other brands. Some tourist enjoys visiting flea markets where they can get eclectic and unusual stuff at a low price. My fave things to do here is to have a walk at Hames and see the Tower Bridge.

London null Birmingham

Hotels in London vary in prices too. Not all of them are expensive and even if they are, it’s really worth it. If you want to save some more money during your trip here, you can just stay at Hotels in Birmingham where the hotel have their own souvenir shops, mini shops for their branded items and restaurants so you save some bucks on your transportation. Hotels in Manchester offer the same service like any hotels in the country but I highly recommend that you take a walk in this city rather that staying at your hotel room.

going back to Aussie

Wednesday, September 5th, 2007

Going back to the land of Aussie, Australia is one of my favorite cities I love to talk about. There is just so much about it that it won’t stop me from blogging about it. The people, food, place, malls, their culture is tremendous. I won’t talk about the Opera house anymore because I’ve been writing about it for the past few weeks. If you plan a trip in Australia and want to have a feel of the mate’s night life, check the State of Queensland and see the land of Brisbane, Melbourne in the State of Victoria, and of course, Sydney in State of New South Wales. The nightlife in these cities maybe a little cheesy teeny just like the Down under bar and grill in Melbourne is one of the teens and teens at heart hang out. There are also some bar where they just choose whom to let in inside the bar, its expensive but it’s worth it; The Beat is one of them. Hard Rock Café as usual is one of their famous bar in the country. Rugby is one of their favorite sports in the country, and if you are a fan too, you will surely enjoy a night at the Turf Club.

After getting drunk and wasted, take a break at one of the Hotels in Sydney and Hotels in Melbourne where they offer Spa inside your room. Some hotels in Brisbane offers the same service and it’s cheaper than the first mentioned with the same quality and convenience.
